We strive to deliver every order in perfect condition. In the rare event that something goes wrong, this policy outlines how we handle refund requests.

1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged (physically broken, torn, or unusable)
  • The product received is defective (printing error, missing pages, binding issues)
  • An incorrect item was delivered (different book or edition than ordered)
⏱️ Time limit: You must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained.

2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong title, quantity, or address)
  • Refund requests raised after the 48-hour window
  • Products that have been used, marked, or damaged after delivery
🚫 Please note: Digital downloads and e-books, if applicable, are strictly non-refundable once accessed.

3 Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
Processing timeline: Bank processing times may vary. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after initiation.

4 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us with the following details:

  1. 1 Order ID - found in your order confirmation email
  2. 2 Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
  3. 3 Brief description of the issue you encountered
  4. 4 Your contact number for follow-up if required

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.
