1 Order Cancellation

Whether your order can be cancelled depends on its current fulfilment status:

• ✅ Order placed, not yet shipped
  Cancellation is allowed. Contact us immediately with your Order ID and we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund.
• ❌ Order already shipped
  Cancellation is not possible. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to recall it. Please refer to our Refund Policy if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
• 🕐 Order delivered
  Cancellation is not applicable. For issues with delivered orders, please raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

2 Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, email us immediately with the following information:

1. 1 Order ID - provided in your order confirmation email
2. 2 Registered email address used at the time of purchase
3. 3 Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Our team will verify the order status and confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.

3 Refund on Cancellation

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• A full refund will be issued - no deductions
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.)
• A refund confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated

4 Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Order has already been shipped or is out for delivery
• Cancellation request is raised after the order is dispatched
• The order was placed during a special promotion or sale (subject to campaign terms)
